The Way of S. James in Corcubion

Way to Fisterra Cape

In A Costa da Morte is where the myth of St. James has its origin: to our shores is where St. James body was brought on a stone boat from Jerusalem. As a consecuence, the Way of St. James after reaching Santiago de Compostela, keeps going up to Fisterra.

The last stage of the Way of St. James to Fisterra starts in Corcubión. There is a hostel for pilgrims, where you can spend the night. You will find it outside the urban area of the village.

In many places you will have to walk by the road. When you get to Fisterra village, you will have to head to Cape. In Fisterra there is also another hostel for pilgrims.

Once in Fisterra, you can keep walking, taking the Fisterra-Muxía detour of the Way
