José Carrera Building

Style: Eclectic.
Author: Eduardo Rodríguez Losada y Rebellón.
A good example of Indiano architecture (style brought to Galiza by emigrants who later came back). It was due to the philanthropist José Carreras Fábregas, who wanted to build a school of arts and crafts.
It was restored in 1967 and 2001 and nowadays it holds the City Council.
