Distance from Corcubion: 11 Km , 16 minutes by car (See route).
There are no buses between Corcubion a Lires.
It is a very quiet village next to the Lires River. It constrasts with the wild coastline of A Death Coast, being this place much less wild and abrupt. The river flows quietly in its last part.
The village has many "cabaceiras" or "hórreos" (granaries), stone houses and a little church.
You can enjoy empty beaches in a nice walk, but we encourage you not to go into the water, as they are dangerous.
